Sheez, 3 and a half months since the person who writes this blog has bothered to post - slack!!

So what's been happening?

My kiddos are entering that stage of non-stop fighting (please tell me it's a phase), but sprinkled with moments of love and kindness. It has been a tiring term for Bubble so most excited that the holidays are here at last.

Baby bump is growing well. Funny how in love you can be with a squirming/kicking belly, and daydreams of the baby to come. 14 weeks to go, can't wait, but have lots to organise.

Struggling through peri-natal depression which has hit a little earlier this time. But thankful for the support of my doctor, midwife and therapist. And of course my amazing husband who picks up the slack and takes the pressure off me. Oh and continues to love me through the rough times (so blessed!!).

I finish up at work in 2 weeks, somewhat earlier than I had planned but with depression, tiredness and the longish drive there and back I have decided to listen to what my body and mind need.

Embarking on new activities/groups in my town. Can be a bit isolating when your lifelong friends and family insist on living on another island. So time to work on local friendships (and continue to grow the friendships with those friends I have made up here - they are pretty cool people x).

No promises to continue any form of regular blogging for now, but still read all your posts daily, don't always comment but I am there, lurking!!
